Future Outlook: We reiterate our previous day view that 5940 which is the value of the upward sloping trendline joining the two significant lows of 4770 and 5032 is immediate support for the market. Any breach of this trendline would mean further weakness.
In such scenario indices may test 4900 – 4850 levels in couple of days. On the flip side, a bounce up to 6000 – 6050 cannot be ruled out as hourly are in an oversold zone.
Broadly, one should adopt a cautious approach at current level
